Power Up Performance Group is a small group coaching group designed to help women achieve their goals. The group will be lead and supported by Nicole Avery will together we will work towards achieving a stated goal over a five month period.
The goals of the members will vary, but the structure of solids systems, processes and habits they will need to have in place to achieve their goals will be the same. Goals can be varied but need to have a basis in working online and be attainable in this time period. Some examples of goals are:
Members will be coached through the habit formation process, the system creation process and kept accountable through out. Goals provide the overarching direction but it is what we do on a daily basis that will make change possible.
Resources will be provided in the format of plans, templates, example projects, materials to read and listen to via Google Drive and a central location on the Planned + Present website for easy access. The main tool for communication will be via email and a private forum.
The group is lead by Nicole and who will also be an active member of the group, participating in all the activities and working on her own goal throughout the five months and sharing progress (or lack of progress!).
You will be guided and supported to plan out how you will achieve your goal, the steps you need to take to make it and how to keep on task when it gets tough – because there will always be moments when we find the work hard and feel like giving up – Power Up won’t let you give up! “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
